There seems to be an issue with the SSL as when I type in www.3dlasercraft.com to the addres bar it shows secure but soon as I click anything in the site it shows not secure I have tried on firefox and my android phone and site is showing not secure all the time so I have contacted the host provider...

Contact your theme developer. Temporally disable any extensions / modules that effect your cart. Post (or PM someone with it) your web address so people can check rather than keep attempting to pick the right cherry out of the air. I have tried it both with registered and guest accounts same thing happens, you can add as many items to the cart as you want but soon as you go to checkout or click my cart button it says cart is empty

Trying to do a test on new install, when I add an item to the cart is shows 1 item in cart at top but when I click cart it brings up message saying cart is empty, despite as attachment shows there is 1 item in cart (the box showing 1 item was green before I clicked it, it then turned red.) using 2.3...

I backed up everything I could before the move, when I go now to system/tools/backup restore and import any of the backup files it brings up "warning the file you uploaded was empty" despite it being 4,188kb I suspect this feature only works when you backup and restore at same location once you move...

ok discovered there are no images in the image/catalog folder, there are also other files missing in other folders, what stage haas been missed here in the reinstall

While there might still be very few hosts who are still restricting access to .htaccess file, it should be located on your root store location. I have been looking for the htaccess file but cant remember where to find it, I know it is hidden somewhere Its been 3 yrs since I first setup my shop and just cant remember any of this stuff :'(

My hosting company guy Found login problem he said its an opencart bug and changed below
HTTPS_SERVER" URL http to https in admin/config.php file
whatever the problem was I can get in now, all my database is there but no images,

thanks that was what shown in my address bar after I sign in,
So what is stopping me getting in?, its a new database, new install zero other files to cause an issue/conflict
there were no errors at installation, whats the point having an error check system it if it dosnt show an error?

Thanks John my new hosting company said they will look into it for me, but apart from the database I dont understand why a new install which installed properly and showed no errors wont go past admin login panel ?

went to export again and went through custom fields but there is no checkbox for create database, there is going to be compatibility issues on new server nothing like this goes straight forward, I would be happy to start from scratch if I could get into the opencart admin but wont go any further tha...
