Well, I figured out a workaround for now. Unfortunately, it changes the size of all thumbnails in category and for my related products, etc. Can't specify which one I want changed. I am reading a lot of posts lately that others are having this problem, I am also. Most of the mods I am attempting in OC 2.2. Mods appear to be installed, under Modifications, etc. But they are actually not appearing in the list for Permissions under User Groups. Hope someone can shed some light on...

I'm having the same error with multiple mods (not all, but permissions are set in User Groups, that is not the error). OC 2.2.
So frustrating, can't find a fix for this yet. Has anyone come across a definite fix?

I had this problem originally too, but you have to put in the URL for your checkout "Success" page in PayPal manager. Otherwise, the transaction will still go through but it will just stay on the checkout page for customer, no redirect. PayPal manager (manager.paypal.com) > Service Setting...

I am not sure if this is in fact related to the extension or not, as I removed it with still no resolve; cache files still being created in system/storage.
