Angela, Wouldn't everything be the same if I simply FTP the files and directories form the old hosting service to the new. To answer your question I am not sure about the user name you refer to. The site is an on-line store so I don't need to sign in.

Moving hosting service

I am moving my site to a new hosting service from another service where the site ran fine. Once I FTP'ed all the files and directories to the new hosting service I get error's. I contacted the new hosting service and was told the web site format (CMS) they can't get the site running. Any suggestions...

WHen companies and or people do good others should be mad aware of it. This company and Victor in Holland should be commended for their product and level of support which is nothing but OUTSTANDING.....Enough said

Is it normal for the video to run SLOW, it plays for a few seconds, then waits about 20 seconds then starts playing again. It's like it's buffering like mad?

[Solved] Adding videos

I've added a category for videos and uploaded four of them. Problem is when you select one to play it plays but you can hear it playing again in the background even if you hit pause. It's like I selected it twice, have I some how entered the video twice? Not sure if I could have even done that...see...

Thanks for the reply, the SSL certificate is no longer needed for the site. If yo go to the site now...www.norcalpreppers.com you will no longer see the SSL in the url...AGAIN thanks Victor. It's mentioned about entering the product url, not sure what that is. Is that the site url your referring too...

I removed the data above....I can still get back to the old server by changing the DNS 1 & 2 settings if I need to.

How do I empty the database that are stored on my pc before I import them? WAIT, I think your saying when I create the new database on the server using the cpanel make sure there is nothing in it....Correct?

First thanks for the fast response.....Are you saying I should have done this on the old ororiginal server before I exported the databases? If I empty the databases how do I get all the data that was in them back?
