Module pulling in [class="container"] automatically

Hi guys, I'm creating a custom theme for OC2, which which was all going fine until just now. I have installed a menu module, which replaces the existing menu. However, it overrides the HTML in my theme and automatically pulls in the default class from the default theme, which is "container"...

Re: Error when editing orders

The only other thing I can think of is updating to the latest version - sorry I can't think of anything else!

Re: Editing orders dont work 2.0.1.1

I have managed to resolve this problem. I did three things: 1) Update OpenCart to 2.0.3.1 2) Update the server's hosts file so point the website's domain back to the server IP (the domain wasn't live at the time) 3) Update the admin/config.php file so that both the https links are using http rather ...

Re: Error when editing orders

Pretty sure that's all OK, it was last time I checked at least. I have read a few people with CentOS have this same problem, so I'm wondering if there's some standard config of CentOS that's different so other Linux distros. I'm not very clued up on Linux though, so I'm not sure where to start. Than...

Re: Error when editing orders

It's running off a VPS with CentOS6 - it's the only website on there. Does that make sense?

Re: Error when editing orders

Yeah that's exactly what I did.

The only thing I may be doing differently is that I'm running this off a non-live URL - I'm using my HOSTS file to access the website. Could that make a difference?

Re: Error when editing orders

Yes, I did try that this time actually, though that's not what I did previously. Sadly, still no luck. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Re: Error when editing orders

Thanks mSH fixed! I only did this one though > http://www.viethemes.com/how-to-fix-error-syntaxerror-unexpected-end-of-input-ok-when-editing-order-in-opencart-2/ Sadly that doesn't work for me. I've tried it on three different installations on three different server platforms and it doesn't fix the...

I actually get this on a clean install - does your clean install work correctly?

Re: Error when editing orders

Nothing. It's really sad, this is the last website we'll bother using OpenCart for. Such a fall from grace.

No, I've even emailed the OpenCart guys a couple of weeks ago and I'm still waiting to hear back :(

Re: Module for adding RRP

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. Do you mean using the 'sale' price as the actual price, which would then show the saving based on the full price? That does make sense - is that how most people do it?

Module for adding RRP

Hello,

Can anyone recommend a module that adds functionality for manufacturer's recommended prices/RRPs into OpenCart? They don't need to do much, just show up on the product pages and potentially show the saving on the actual sale price.

Thanks.

Re: Editing orders dont work 2.0.1.1

Thanks for sharing this info. Which version of PHP are you using? I've just updated to 5.6.8 and I still get the same issue. I also get "Warning: CURL error (0)!" when I try to delete an order. Did you get that?

Re: Curl Issue

Which version are you using? It appears that v1.5.x is OK but v2.0.x onwards has this issue. Don't think there's any quick fix, other than to use a host that allows callbacks (Fasthosts for example).

Re: Error when editing orders

Thanks for the quick replay. That seems to have simplified the error message, but not fixed it yet:

Code: Select all

SyntaxError: Unexpected end of input
OK
Is there anything else I can try?
