Got same issue with banner_id. Brief search reveals that it's not a new issue, but rather a regression one. Based on suggestions from the past, tried to reinstall the only banner (slideshow) from admin, checked that DB is still fine. Where $settings['banner_id'] is coming from anyway? I do not immed...

Did you set statuses in Edit Settings -> Option? Do you see them all in dropdown list?

Did you upgrade or installed a new one? Do you have any statuses defined in settings->localisation->order statuses ? One more issue with 2.0 - when using PayPal Payments Standard (checkout express works just fine), I am redirected to login into paypal. Based on documentation (and I believe it was the case in 1.5 too!), it should allow to login or enter credit card without login.
