If getTotalOrders is missing from admin/model/report/sale.php then it looks like your files have been modified. You may want to compare your files against a clean download of OpenCart. You don't need to use try catch to see the exceptions. Just look in the correct error logs and make sure log error...

they charge me for installation free $300USD, extension sale price only 199usd..
and they said the reason of error is our problem(conflict with waybillui which we hard code to core file)
