When I go to Checkout I receive this message

Does anyone know what could cause it? My site worked with checkout previously. I don't know what could have caused it.

Thanks for replying, even if it is somewhat scathing. When you say I should get it from OpenCart France or OpenShop, do you mean my template? I turned off all of the languages except for English, would that cause the problem do you think? You seem to suggest there are tonnes of other problems, obvio...

Sorry I was being INCREDIBLY thick. I was uploading the images using the "image" tab, which uploads the secondary images. I needed to use the data tab.

I have tried that many times, that's not the issue. I even cleared the cache out of my browser and used other browsers.

I had no CSS on the installation, or on my fresh install. I managed to solve my problem. I installed it clean without anything extra, just the plain old setup and had this problem too. In fact the installer it's self also had no CSS. Do you have any ideas?
