permissions. most likely your host did something to your server and reset some permissions. Finally i'm happy to tell that i managed to fixed this,This is not a bug it's a fault of me.. When i'm uploading images "no_image.jpg" deleted mistakenly that's why i got that kind of bug. Thanks e...

Syestem -> Settings -> Choose your store and click edit ->select image tab and change below settings,
Additional Product Image Size: 42 | 42
Click save

Image adding worked fine yesterday,But when today i'm trying to add new product images it's not showing image adding ..
