Go to System/Localisation/Taxes/Tax Classes. Your Tax may be set to calculate tax based on shipping address. You can have tax set to calculate based on your store location instead.If choosing this method make sure in system/setting your store location is complete including Region/State.

Is it possible to count the number of Admins online? I can see the normal people online page but I wonder if it was possible to tell how many backend users are logged in? Opencart version 2.3.0.2
