how to add BLOG link on opencart ?

im having the question of how to add blog link button on the webpage at the top button banner with HOME,LOGIN,ACCOUNT...etc

problem of administration cant login
hi,
i was installed opencart 1.3.4 twice, cuz i cant login to my administration anymore after the 1st use...
but m pretty sure my username and password are correct...so what can i do for it?
Also how can i change the default template?
