I make it solve.. There was a javascript problem . Basically missing a class name,,,...
put this class name into your links : colorbox cboxElement

Hi,, Sorry for late response.. my opencart Version is : 1.5.6. and i am testing in default theme. and right now there is no extension... just using default extension..nothing much...

Hi... Everyone. i need a shiping method (rate) which is available to all countries. but in this shiping system have 3 or 4 countries are not included.
this 3 or 4 countries , i made a different shiping rate. so, i need this exception.
