Re: OpenCart 1.5.6.1 BUG topic - Read first post first!

To "mgraphix79" and "maurimarcarneiro" Hi ddowdall, Change mysqli to mysql in line 21 of config.php and line 24 of admin/config.php. Good luck. Ye Htut Mine was already set as mysql, not mysqli. But I solved my problem, the reason was table called "oc_settings" in the database was corrupt, so I had...

Re: Opencart Throws Errors

The two are mutually independent, the proper settings have nothing to do with bad hosts. Try these for a start: memory_limit = 512M; max_execution_time = 300; post_max_size = 999M; upload_max_filesize = 998M; Note that post exceeds upload, that is required. Note that mem is in base 2 (binary progre...

Re: Opencart Throws Errors

You're not out of the woods, yet. You left godaddy, where the prior still sits. That one is not renowned for running OC well, and if "slow" was the only chronic problem you were lucky. You went to bluehost, where the new sits. That one not long ago upgraded and made php 5.4 mandatory, forcing some ...

Re: Opencart Throws Errors

It can't read your settings table in your database. I note that you are using version v1.5.6 of Opencart. Is this the version you were using on Godaddy? If it is, then your database is corrupt. There is a (very) slim chance that if you are able to log in to your admin and edit and save your setting...

Re: Opencart Throws Errors

When you say you copied all files by ftp, does that include the two config.php files (one in the root, the other in admin folder)? Sorry, I forgot to mention, of course I edited those with the new database name, user and pass, plus edited the file paths in both config.php and admin/config.php. The ...

Re: Opencart Throws Errors

I'm getting the same kind of errors after moving my site from GoDaddy (was working fine, but very slow) to Bluehost. I copied all files via FTP, did an Export from phpMyAdmin and imported the db to the new host. The front end loads with the following erros: Notice: unserialize() [function.unserializ...

Re: OpenCart 1.5.6 Recurring Profile Price in Cart and Check

I face the same problem myself with recurring profiles. I added the mod indicated above, now the shopping cart displays the correct price for each profile set, but the sub-total doesn't change, so the user cannot pay for the correct amount. Did anyone solve this problem so far?

Thanks.
