Thank you all for suggestions. The most possible reason might be the client data in the database, not caching issue which were my first thoughts. I arranged profesional to solve it and will write again with the final result.

Благодаря за предположението, май така точно ще се окаже. Мислех, че са замесени кеширащите функции. Сега предстои да го оправят. Ще пиша когато окончателно приключи, за да потвърдя дали това е било проблемът.
