Is there any minimum amount set for the order? No. Is it a hosted gateway payment option? I'm not entirely sure that that means. Thanks for the points you've mentioned. But it's only this one customer who has an issue - seems fine for everyone else and we can't recreate it so it seems all settings are correct. You can add additional fields to products that are required I believe? But surely there are extensions designed to add a load of event-type features? It occurs to me that I could hide the "Qty" label & box on the product pages with CSS which would help although someone could still change quantities in the cart if they really wanted. Perhaps a bit clunky.
