I would not empty out oc_order_total but remove unwanted lines only. Also, Would search where the unwanted lines comes from.

I have the same problem. I tried the solution (modifying /system/library/mail.php) but it does not solve.
Anyone has another solution? Is this bug has been opened?

My problem was that I installed opencart from locahost ip. Then both config.php file was containing localhost ip address instead of WAN ip address.

I agree that Default don't tell users which store really is. It is confusing.
Thanks for the solution, i'll will fix this on my store. This ain't a bug but it would be a nice feature to implement.
Maybe the default should be between parentheses :
- store 1 (default)
- store 2
- store 3

After viewing this post (https://github.com/opencart/opencart/issues/683), I finally understand and seen the link in the order view.
Documentation should be updated and mention the "Add Commission" link in the order view.

I want to add that I successfully installed OpenCart 1.5.5.1 on the same PC using the exact same procedure. Could it be a bug with Opencart 1.5.6.1 installation??
