Sorry, my mistake. Anyway, why exactly do you want to use vue.js ? As opposed to the OpenCart MVCL, especially the OpenCart model and view, the latter already uses bootstrap, jquery, and json queries.

Unable to reproduce your issue with the customer delete function.

In general, don't use OpenCart 4 for live websites, OpenCart 4 is still subject to development and bugfixes. Use the stable OC 3.0.3.9, or the upcoming 3.0.4.0 for live sites.

First of all, you need to provide more information, as per the forum rules, in order to get some help here.

Also, it looks like your are using a 3rd party extension, there is no such thing as app-setting in a standard OpenCart. Hence it might make sense to contact the extension author.
