i already did contact my host and they confirmed that they are not blocking anything and that there are no restrictions on sending bulk mail.

What is causing this error?

I tried that but it does not make a difference. I think it has something to do with the SEO or htaccess file, but I don't see where i should edit it. Is this a normal problem after upgrading to 2.0?
