It is linked to Secure Trading and orders placed are being processed by Secure Trading and payment is taken.
It is a payment module issue. The payment module must process the order once the payment is complete. Contact the payment module developer.

Re: Access Sym Link Directory from File Manager

I have created a sym link (ln -s) under "upload/images/catalog" to an image directory within the server. I can access it in the shell without any problems. If I go to the file manager to upload an image to a product I can see the directory. But when I click on it, no files within the directory are ...

And that line (or code in) IS the problem.
Which line you are referring to? I meant Line 168. I am not sure how could Line 168 be the problem.

Re: Exclude Minimum Quantity to be multiplied with Product Option Price

You can achieve modifying the cart library file i.e. system/library/cart/cart.php Find the line: 'total' => ($price + $option_price) * $cart['quantity'], Replace with: 'total' => ($price * $cart['quantity']) + $option_price, Caveats: ---------- 1. Don't modify the file directly. Use ocmod instead 2....

If you would know the system better, you would also know where this line "sits".
True, only if you know the system. Even you don't need a line number, only the file name is enough sometimes.
As OP shared line lumber with thinking that it could be the problem. My words were intended for that.

Re: Customer Activity Error

OC 3.x and some versions of OC 2.x uses a different mechanism to store serialized data in DB. It seems like the importing was not executed properly. If you don't care about the old customer activity log, the solution is simply removing all old entries from DB table oc_customer_activity. If the old a...

Re: Memory size Exhausted

In the case of memory issues, this line number shows nothing. It can happen at any line. You should find the root cause. As the user mentioned, check the vqmod cache file size.

Re: Multistore Setup something is going wrong for me...can you help?

1. You've pointed the `document root` of the sub-domain to the main store properly as I can access it https://sports.hug.gr/ 2. Your SSL direction is wrong in the htaccess file that's why it is redirecting to main store. Fix the following line: Replace this: RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://hug.gr/$1 [R,L...

Re: specific custom field in checkout opencart 3.0.3

It is not possible to achieve using custom fields as these fields do not show up unless the customer adds a new address. You can check this module. It allows the customer to choose optional offers either free or paid. You can create a free offer https://www.opencart.com/index.php?route=marketplace/e...

Re: Calculate shipping about distance

Distance-based shipping involves additional cost as google map API is not free. Alternative options could be postal or city-based shipping although city-based shipping is not a viable solution as it is a free text entered by customers. One config.php file is located in the root directory and another in the admin directory admin/config.php

Please ignore the htaccess file. You don't need to change anything in it, I was mingling with SEO URL :)

I recently came across a store where injected code was found in the database. Most probably it was injected via the WYSIWYG editor. So dump the DB and find the inject code if you know what the injected codes are.
