Re: Massive Color Options Selection

THANKS! I didn't think about looking there! I could have sworn that I purchased it through OC extensions. But... the results are the same. Now I have a fresh copy to work with AND backed it up in like 3 places. lol

Re: Massive Color Options Selection

Thanks for the replies. However, none of these will do what I need to. Not without pissing off the customer. lol. And, I did do a search on Color Swatches before posting. So, I was going to try and keep my install of OC 2.3.0.2 going but the company who made the Fabric Color went out of business. No...

Re: Massive Color Options Selection

I don't even see where I purchased it because apparently they are not around anymore. I did a search for them in the extensions and came up with nothing too.

Massive Color Options Selection

I have a very complex website. We offer about 500 products with an average of about 50 different colors, prints, and patterns. When I was using OC 2.3.0.2, there was an extension called Fabric Choice which was great. When you went to select a color, a pallet popped up with the ability to scroll thro...

Re: Additional Product Photos

The only extension that I have that is product related is Parent-Child Options and I do not think that is working correctly but I don't know why it would affect product images.

Re: Additional Product Photos

Well… here is something that might be new. Lol. Sometimes when I go into the product the photos are showing. Other times, not. And, I have also noticed that my option sets to many of my products are doing the same thing.

Re: Additional Product Photos

Okay... but isn't it odd that all of the additional images for the products are not showing, nor is there a "place holder" for them in the products. What I mean is that there is not a blank photo "slot". There is just one product photo.

Additional Product Photos

Ok…. So… I am kind of in a pickle here…. I upgraded from 2.3.0.2 to 3.0.3.2 and most everything went fine. However, when I go to view a product and the images that are supposed to be there… The additional images are not there (there is one product photo for each product). Now, the images are in the ...

Re: Products Category Filter

I don't recall using an extension but you all are the experts so I guess I did. However, I think that it would be a good idea to include Category as a filter. After all, I cannot imagine it being all that difficult to add that to the queries. I did download the one extension and it works fine. Thank...

Products Category Filter

Either I am missing something here… or I think that OC might have went backwards instead of forward. In version 2.3.0.2 you could go into the Products list and search by Product Name, SKU, Product Code, Price, Quantity, Category, Status, Image, and Manufacturer. And now in 3.0.3.2 we can only search...

Re: SEO Urls

I exported the v2.0.3.2 (url_alias_id) to csv and then edited the table columns to be named the same and in order as the seo_url table. I then imported them into the 3.0.3.2 seo_url and the data imported. However, all of the store_id and language_id values are set to “0” which occurred when I import...

Re: Product Option Improvement

Yes, I have done that as well because there are a few products that offer the same options. It definitely helps doing it that way. However, when changing prices, etc., it would be nice to have a master field at the top of the option set list that would change the prices in all or select options. ;)

Re: SEO Urls

I have the exact same issue. However, I am not clear on what you are using the text editor for. Are you renaming the url_alias to seo_url? Would you be so kind as to elaborate on this process a little more in detail?

Thanks,

Product Option Improvement

While I think that OC is a great platform, one thing that I have found in versions I’ve used from 1.5.x to 3.0.3.2 is that when you are creating options and then you go into a product to select those options... is that you have to select the options individually. When you have a number of options to...

Re: Upgrade errors

Thanks. Now I am stuck here... When I go to a product and click on it from Catalog/Products to edit the product, it gives me an HTTP Error 500. The strange thing is that I am only getting the message when I go to view or edit the products. Running PHP 7.1 Nothing is showing up in cPanel under errors...
