I've just built a training platform off the back of OpenCart. Stripped away all the store code and used the underlying OpenCart framework.

It has problems when people highly customize their does using third party templates that break all kinds of core OpenCart functionality to look pretty. Hi Justin,
Sounds like a version mismatch.
For example if you are using OpenCart v1.4.9.5 then use the closest matching MailChimp version ie 1.4.9.3. Always use the closest matching version that is lower than your OpenCart versions.

We are on version 1.4.9.5 of opencart. We have copied the code that google analytics says into the google analytics module in open cart. It is enabled. Maybe turn off the auto responder before you do the sync then.
In the past you had to manually set the double optin flag but in the lastest version it is set automatically.
Also added an error log for email addresses that are rejected as per the above posters request.
