I have no idea what I'm doing wrong. This is frustrating.
I can't even do step 9 because in the admin panel it doesn't even have the options for me to do what you are instructing and for step 10 I have an admin config file but no catalog config file.

Thanks. Also, how do I go about running that file in phpmyadmin? Is it through the query section? Yes you can open the sql file and copy and paste into your sql query section or you can upload the sql file in the import section of phpmyadmin. Make sure you back everything up first. Ok here are my steps for a smooth upgrade from 1.3.0 to 1.3.2 with an attached sql file to run.... More product pages than products
I have 16 products under one category at 12 products per page. So technically you'd think there would be 2 pages (one with 12 products and the other with 4 products).
This is not the case. I have a 3rd page with nothing on it. How do I get rid of this?
