Re: All Images Despaired and Image Manager Not Responding

You shouldn't get any security issues by disabling it. If you do, it's most likely a poorly configured server.

Take into account the feature was completely removed in PHP 5.4.0 and deprecated in PHP 5.3.0.

Disable PHP safe-mode (Or ask your host/admin to do so).

Re: OpenCart 1.5.6 Released!

i will go over the code when i have a chance and make it conform to OC style. need to release something though. the last release was over 7 months ago. Hi, You don't "need" to release anything. Don't let people pressure you into a forced release. If it's not ready, it's not ready. As long as it's n...

Re: Eternal Goth - Gothic and alternative clothing store

Looking better and looks good. The crux of the c notice is there; it is usually implicit that you have whatever others' permissions you need (varies a tad among countries, and among attorneys). Moving Comodo to the left opposite Cookie Central on the right would free room for an additional column. ...

Re: Eternal Goth - Gothic and alternative clothing store

Hi, Thank you both for the feedback :). I would like to address a couple of the points, and get your opinions if that's ok :). You should scrap the welcome section at the homepage and replace it with a product module such as sales. From what I have learned in recent web design is to stay away from d...

Eternal Goth - Gothic and alternative clothing store

Hey guys, Recently I've been working on an OpenCart based website, and I think it's about done for now, still working on some changes in the background though. I'm a bit of a DIY (Do it yourself) person so all modifications where created by myself and put directly into the code (No VQMods etc) excep...

Re: What sould I choose for web hosting

I agree. I'd only ever trust a GNU/Linux server. If providers have crashing servers and are running linux then they are doing something wrong, perhaps using a bleeding edge distribution as a server OS (bad idea) or simply don't know how to configure them correctly. In which case may be a good idea t...
