does opencart 3 themes work on oc4?
I was debating whether to use opecnart 4 but currently the themes available are only stating it's still works for opencart 3. Wanted to know if it's compatible or not.

ok I downloaded and installed the latest. I'm assuming I just go through installer, upload the latest version, then go to modifications and refresh?
If this doesn't fix the issue, is there other solutions?

currently using revo theme. As far as I know currently using the latest version of whatever was included with the original opencart

PayPal checkout not applying shipping charges
On version 3.0.3.7 and using the paypal commerce platform extension. The shipping is not being charged when customers pay with paypal.

FedEx giving incorrect shipping method/charges when its Ground or Home Delivery
Customers would choose FedEx Ground or Home Delivery, but displays Priority Overnight and get charged the incorrect amount. On the order detail, it does show that it is FedEx Ground but right below the subtotal for shipping it would say Priority Overnight.

I just upgraded to the latest oc3 and I realized the bell at the top right which shows stats of orders, customers, products and affiliates?

category on top menu and chosen sub category to left?
Is there an extension that can create unique parent categories on top and have its own subcategories to display on the left menu/category based on the parent category you chose?
