My checkout button was totally nuts. Every page I went to it said different checkout inventory. Removing items would magically reappear three or four pages later. My Image Manager was taking up to 5 minutes to show changes, I could force the refresh by signing out and in again. I figured it was probably because it was just displaying cached data.
