Re: 1.5.4 USPS Missing value for ZipDestination in Checkout
I'm no expert but working on a simular issue. First there is no destination for the zip code. That should come from the checkout. But your width, length and height should be like <Width>5.25</Width><Length>7.00</Length><Height>14.375</Height>

This issue still exists in version 1.5.4 please fix because it affect our taxes we have to pay!
