I solved the error is from extension "Order / Product / Return / Review Dashboard Notification" I uninstalled and then installed extension and now the main page works ... Can be solved with the solution from xxvirusxx Thank you very much xxvirusxx for patience and explanations :D :clap:

xxvirusxx thank you very much for your help..you are a super class man I did as you said and it works now I noticed another problem if I go into OCMOD Changes and I do refresh, it appears as at the beginning, is it possible to be from the installed extensions ? or switch to a higher version of php?...
