i thougth 66 was for titles not descriptions is it possible to make it bigger

can any one tell me how to get seo user friendly urls i n they are not needed by google and makes no diffrence to them but i want them for usibity for users so its easy to give out e.g http://www.sage-accounts.com/sage50.php instead of http://www.sage-accounts.com/index.php?route=product/product&...
