Why would you want to hide it?
Because it looks really stupid having a Sub-Total and Total with exact same amount...
This should be a built in feature that actually works, instead of killing the entire cart when you do disable it.

Sub-Total cannot be turned back on if disabled.
First of all, I have no clue why you even allow it to be disabled when it turns out that it must be enabled for the cart to work. After it's disabled, it CANNOT be turned back on. So will someone please tell me where to manually turn it back on in the database tables, and will someone please fix the...
