Payment error

When a customer tries to pay via credit card, the following error appears

getSecureToken NON-ZERO RESULT FLAG: Array ( [RESULT] => 1 [SECURETOKENID] => 519653971bd205.60938490 [RESPMSG] => User authentication failed )

I use Paypal pro. How do I fix?

I don't know how I can help you. I followed everything in the forums and just let it go as I was working on other things. then one day I noticed it was working. I can't tell you why or how. Hopefully, someone who know what they are talking about will chime in.

Figured out where to upload logo. Changed to .png file. It appears fatter, for lack of better word. I don't know why or how to fix or where to look in stylesheet.
