Sorted via PM/Skype. None of the products in the order had any SKUs so were not being sent to EFS.

Thanks for your reply, I had a look at the site in your signature. I searched for red and it matched several products but they had red in their product title. On my clients site I can search for a 3 letter word and it will match the product title, but not any tags (only searches 4 or more characters...
