I have the same php.ini settings as 2 posts above and I am getting a fatalerror with a 2.3mb file. I have 4000 products and 800 categories. please help! I need this fixed asap!

Export/Import Tool - Fatal Error
I am getting - ErrorFatal error: Out of memory when I try to upload a 2mb file. I have had my host up everything to the max. I have about 3000 products and 700 categories. What are my options?
