Re: Affiliate Commission in Reward points
You can simply substract the commission from the affiliate account and add as rewards points (at a rate you decide) in his customer account (the affiliate needs to have a customer account, unless you join the 2 types of accounts).
Be aware that most affiliates love money, not reward points :-).

I don't understand exactly what do you need, but you can have an affiliate link like www.domainname.com/?trackingcode and every order (meaning any product in any category) made through this link will add the commission.
