I guess the thing that is confusing is Parcel Select Ground is a service offered by Stamps.com. "Parcel Select Ground is ideal for heavy items when cost is more important than speed." (service description)

That change enabled USPS Retail Ground but disabled First-Class™ Package Service.
Parcel Select Ground did not come up.
I put it back the way it was to keep First-Class™ Package Service enabled, the most economical package rate.

I wish someone would step up and clarify the specific modifications that need to be made to the opencart stamps.com intigratioon package to make it work, tested and working. i.e. modify your php.ini file by adding ....... right after ...... then follow the directions in the file.... maybe an oversim...

All the images were displayed in the email in their original size, so around 500x500. This made the email unusable. The above fix, originally suggested by userWM, fixes it.
