/tmp/php_sessions/ issue.

My host company tech guys fixed it by adding: "session.save_path = tmp" to the php.ini file That fixed my "/tmp/php_sessions/" problem. They also added the tmp folder to the root. I can now see the session id's. I hope that's not a security issue. It took them about 5 minutes to solve it for me. Sti...

Re: Token Issue

I changed the user agent in FireFox to IE8. Same problem.
I used Chrome. Same problem
I tried Opera. Same problem.

I think I can conclude it's not a browser issue or setting.

Re: Token Issue

The auto login tool just fills in the fields.
But, yes, it still happens without the tool.

I made sure all the files had the correct permissions when I did the install, as per the instructions.

Re: Token Issue

I also did the CSRF exploit fix, but reverted to the original to make sure that
wasn't causing the problem, since that had to do with sessions and tokens.

SSL / https://. I got it working.

Of course you need to have an SSL certificate installed on the domain where the cart lives. My SSL provider does not allow sub-domains or folders. Only the domain can have an SSL certificate. I changed the url in the admin/config.php file to reflect the https:// on lines 8 & 9. (not the root config....

Re: Border not Increase

rph, have you had any success editing the #container css? I'm trying to get the paypal/mastcard logos and the powered by Open Cart and the copyright info up off of the bottom of the browser, so the design has a little breathing room at the bottom. I've tried margin 20px, padding 20px in the #contain...

Re: [1.4.4]General ISSUE

Thanks Qphoria. Yes I renamed it. Since I use 1and1, and OpenCart needs PHP5, I have to use .htaccess to make it work. I use AddType x-mapp-php5 .php for that. Then I use: RewriteEngine On RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^www.thermalrollsrus.com$ [NC] RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://www.thermalrollsrus.com/$1 [...

Re: General ISSUE

I have a fresh install of the latest cart. I added one product to test. I click on category, then product. When I click on the product, I get a 404 error from my host provider. But, this only happens when there is Any text in the SEO field for the product. If I leave the SEO field blank, the product...

Re: Google Checkout

You're right. I don't understand it. So if Level 1 is PCI compliant, then do I need to be concerned about the compliance of my cart? Would that also mean the I don't need an SSL Certificate? The reason I want to use Paypal or Google Checkout is to avoid the $99-$125 setup fee for Authorize.net and t...
