I can't find it. It was made by YYZ Development, and the link from my order page goes to a 404. It isn't even listed on their extension list. Weird.

It's just called Product Fee. It adds a field in the product editor for an extra fee. Are there shipping extensions that "disable" all other shipping methods and post a shipping fee that's set per product? I can't give the option of other shipping methods. We also have weight based freight...
