why is dompdf still in the install package?

If its got a known vulnerability and its not being used, why is it still being released with the download? I just downloaded 1.4.7 and its still there.

Am i missing something where you guys patched it?

Re: Algozone is a New Sponser

As someone who gets paid to develop web applications (not design them mind you), I don't find their prices to be all that offbase. Its pretty obvious they have not gone out and pre-built all those templates, thus the 4-5 day turn around. Once you order they'll build it and frankly at -minimum- you a...

Re: Conditional Template change help

maybe someone have better idea?
The removal sounds fine, i'd suggest you use css to increase the font sizes instead of inline styling though.

Re: New Template installed and i have an error.

I"ve uploaded the a fix to make it compatible with the latest version of OC. THere were some changes from 1.3.3 to 1.4 that caused those errors, you can get a new copy at http://www.chamberedelements.com/blackjax Thanks I'd upload it to the download section but its 414kb...exceeding the very tiny 30...

Re: Modifying Shopping Cart

<?php echo $this->cart->countProducts();?>

would echo the amount of products in your cart. This wont update automatically when ajax cart is enabled. Only on page reloads.

Re: new work in progress

I like the direction of it, i'd prefer simple most of the time, the only thing i didn't like was the navigation bars seem to cover most of the page when used, that would bug me. Visually though its appealing IMO.

Re: New template

I did my best to keep as much of the default template options within the template, for people who actually use them. The person who actually uses this, does not use the manufacturer, the currency , or the best sellers modules, so it appears much different then my test environment. I did make some ch...

New template

http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route=contribution/contribution/info&category_id=3&contribution_id=314 I'll be making a few more modifications to it down the road and cleaning some things up but for now, i decided to go ahead and post it as they are very minor visual changes that would be easy for...

Re: Alternate Header on homepage only?

the header variable is set in the controller, so either modify your controller or simply copy and paste the header.tpl code into your home.tpl and dont include a header file at all. then modify to suit your needs.

Re: New OpenCart Template default by StorExecute

Let me remind you that the templates that are currently used for OpenCart are literally a shit. Do not come to lecture me of how classy a layout adapted to OpenCart. Best regards Dont ask for comments if your not willing to take criticisms as well. Granted his dislikes were a bit overstated, but it...

Re: secure tpl-file

While accurate this isn't an Opencart issue. Its a server issue, and that issue doesn't exist across all servers. I also cant think of a time it would cause any security issues, unless you are using the MVC model incorrectly and putting things like passwords and stuff in your view.

I think using gettext might be a valid option here, I've used it quite a bit with wordpress.

Re: Creating 1.3.3 templates

What you are describing works...however there is no need to copy the entire folder...(only files you modify from the default theme are neccessary) the only references to file paths that i can recall in 1.3.3 is in header.tpl. The only major difference is there is no layout.tpl and so now all the fil...

What you want is acheivable, but as i said it requires modifcation of controllers which makes upgrading difficult. Everything you want though is doable, but i -highly- doubt you'll find someone to do it for free.
