Your welcome. Search the forums for "missing orders". You should find plenty of posts about it. IIRC one of the issues had to do with PayPal but can't remember for sure. Please mark the title solved.

On the orders page filter the orders for "missing" status. It should show up there. You can then change the order status to pending or whatever status you normally use.

I could be totally off base but IIRC 1.5.5 had problems with CKEditor. I believe they fixed it in CE edition.

I understood what you wanted to do...just wasn't thinking very clearly :-) You might be able to edit the language files and rename free shipping for the ship to shop and hold option. Then rename whichever shipping option you want to use for the ship and return option.
