Re: Checkout issue - Continue button not working
This post is some months old, but in case someone has the same issue go check the accounts under system > settings > your store > option. Under the Account tab there might be the phone required enabled, but the phone field itself to be disabled. At least that was happening to me and I was struggling...

Missing country
Hi, just installed 4.0.2.3 and found out that my country (Greece) is missing from the countries list!
