Customers able to leave delivery address blank & not pay P&P
Running version 1.5.3.1
Numerous customers have been able to leave or somehow delete the shipping address (by accident or on purpose I dont know) and opencart is not charging shipping.
Is this something anyone has come accross and how do I get around it?

The bold part is the domain name which is also the name of the directory. I do this because it keeps me organised in the FTP stuff (also what my cpanel names new directories when I add a new domain). I have now deleted all attributes on the site (wasnt using any) and attribute groups.
I tried it again and got the same messages.
