well these coding standards pretty easy to follow and seems general coding standards in the PHP world

[SOLVED]Checkout rewrite does not working when cart is empty

I have strange problem for checkout rewrite does not working if there is no product in shopping cart, it always goes to search product for checkout/checkout or checkout/cart, all other rewrite is working properly unless checkout

The source is always the store location -- there are no shipping extensions that change this. But as long as all your rates are based on a City Source of A (i.e. your store location), yes it would work. You would set up three rates like so: 1. One for City B postcodes, with a weight-based rate type...
