Re: What's an easy way of running a serverside-script upon purchase completion (v.2.1.0.2)?

Well in V3 of Opencart the event hooks are perfect for something like this.

You list v.2.1 in your subject and post in the OpenCart 3.0 Support forum. So confused on what version you have.

Re: How to speed up OpenCart 3

Also running PHP-FPM is probably one of the biggest improvements I have seen. If not running PHP-FPM definitely look into it, speed increase is pretty significant when properly setup and compared to other PHP handlers.

Re: Two column product view on small screens ?

Don't think that will work since all product-list classes are replaced when the Javascript is executed. $('#content .product-list').attr('class', 'product-layout product-grid col-lg-6 col-md-6 col-sm-12 col-xs-12'); You either have to remove product-list class and lose the gird toggle or edit common...

Re: Two column product view on small screens ?

You want to look at the product loop {% for product in products %} and should see <div class="product-layout product-list col-xs-12"> If using the default theme you have to adjust product-list class as well. Javascript adds additional classes depending on your grid mode. If you look at catalog/view/...

Re: White space above and below catalog product images?

You can play around with image sizes under extensions->theme. See if you can find a size that fits square.

Re: White space above and below catalog product images?

It's caused by the image dimensions and trying to maintain an aspect ratio. In short, try adjusting your image width / height, etc.

Re: Adding a forum

Personally - I would keep your forum in a sub-domain far far away from your Ecommerce store. If you are also trying to incorporate a shared forum login system with your Ecommerce store, that's horrible idea from a security standpoint IMO. Maybe something like an OAUTH setup would work, but shared cr...

Re: printing shipping list = Warning: imagecreatetruecolor(): Invalid image dimensions

You may want to contact the extension developer. You are most likely missing width, height or both.

Re: Anyone know what's happend? Undefined property: Proxy::0 in action.php on line 79

Not sure if related to your proxy error. But in your xml you need to also add <code> </code>. (e.g like below) <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <modification> <name>My Custom Feature</name> <version>3.x</version> <link>http://example.com/</link> <author>Author Name</author> <code>my-custom-fea...

Re: Httpss error on Ajax

The problem is most likely the theme and the ocmods it installs, not opencart. Some 3rd party themes don't properly use opencart methods for linking assets or urls. They sometimes use their own SSL check along with str_replace() to switch urls to https, for example if you have your HTTP_SERVER defin...

Re: Stopping attempted attacks - what can be done

I think to sum it up - Nowadays you need multiple solutions and there is no 100% prevention. User agents can be spoofed, advanced captchas can now be solved by bots. HoneyPots when combined with Recapcha, I admit are still laughably quite effective for such an old technique. HoneyPots may also have ...

Re: Loaded Product Page Repeats Option Value

Then most likely not a problem with your twig file. I am not sure why you are getting extra values, or if that's the logic of the extension/theme. If you are getting dups from your debug log as well, then there might be an issue with the query or some other logic. Probably easier to adjust the array...

Re: Loaded Product Page Repeats Option Value

You can try.. Before $this->response->setOutput($this->load->view('product/product', $data)); add this $this->log->write(print_r($data['options'],true)); Refresh your modifications, load the page and check the error log for the output.. Backup! If you are unsure what to do hire a developer or post a...

Re: Loaded Product Page Repeats Option Value

Your issue is probably in the product controller, try just dumping the $option_data to a log and see if that's returning duplicates.

Seems like it works, thanks pal.
Any other possible solution?
You can check the OC Github Repo.

I haven't really messed with OC on PHP 7.4 much, But looks like some of the PHP 7.4 issues also fallback to some outdated vendor packages as well.
