 since you are using a local ip, I guess your stylesheets are not loaded because you have not set your hosts file properly.
any guess how to fix this?

default theme not working in mobile device

using Opencart 3.0.3.2 with xampp for windows 7.3.3, (installed in my home PC for testing purpose)
