Re: OC 3 - Duplicate Totals, Missing from Featured List, Cart Change Qty

Thanks to daniGo pointing me in the right direction, I found duplicate entries in the "extension" table in the database for totals. I removed the duplicates and the totals work correctly now. I don't remember manually touching the extensions table in the database, but obviously I did. :) I also figu...

OC 3 - Duplicate Totals, Missing from Featured List, Cart Change Qty

I did a fresh install of OC 3 and then brought over some data from a 1.5 OC store using temp tables and INSERT SELECT statements via the command line, so these might be bugs or it might be data corruption, or a little of both. :) I was hoping one of the gurus could tell me what they would check firs...

Re: What should the constant be for TLS?

This issue was resolved when our data center updated the server to go with forced TLS removing the need for the declaration. Never did find out a solution for the original specific issue though.

Missing Orders Status Authorize.net

I'm hoping someone else has experienced this since the Authorize.net update. Orders are there, but tagged as "Missing Orders" as the status. Upgraded from 1.4.9 to 1.5.4 then replaced the encryption file to take it to 1.5.4.1 to try and resolve this issue based on this previous post: http://forum.op...

Re: What should the constant be for TLS?

Thanks uksitebuilder. Unfortunately that didn't resolve it. According to the ssllabs.com test it has all of them: TLS 1.2 Yes TLS 1.1 Yes TLS 1.0 Yes Like I said, it works on the same server for non OpenCart stores, so it has to be a setting in OpenCart somewhere. Just in case, I tried the two you s...

What should the constant be for TLS?

I'm working on updating multiple websites for the Authorize.net switch to TLS for the Poodle vulnerability and all of them are working on the same server as this store using this version of TLS except OpenCart which is throwing the error below about the constant not being defined. I understand it ne...

Re: Authorize.net AIM cURL Issue

Alright, we have resolved the issue. Apparently when our server was updated something went wrong with the way that the SSL protocol is identifying it's version. It is reverting back to an earlier version which does not work. The fix was to go into the catalog/controller/payment/authorizenet_aim.php ...

Re: Authorize.net AIM cURL Issue

Unfortunately that did not work.

I'm leaning towards just upgrading the version and keeping my fingers crossed unless someone else has another suggestion?? - Upgrade succeeded, but failed to resolve issue!

I sincerely appreciate the above suggestion oscprofessionals!

Authorize.net AIM cURL Issue [Solved]

Our server software (PHP & MYSQL) was updated last night and now the Authorize.net AIM module is no longer working. It was showing the "Please Wait" wheel endlessly until I updated the payment module using the "Patched_Curl_Payments_v1496.1" file provided in another thread. Once I did that the error...

Re: Authorize.net Checkout Error

Thank You avvici!!! That was definitely it. It looks like the lovely people at Authorize.net changed the settings on their own during a support call. Unbelievable!

Authorize.net Checkout Error [Solved]

Version 1.5.1.3 The site was setup originally to only authorize transactions and not capture them. We attempted to remedy this by changing the Authorize.Net (AIM) payment module from Authorization to Capture. However, both that change and possibly subsequent changes to try and resolve this have resu...
