السلام عليكم
عندي مشكلة بعدما اسجل مواصفات المنتج باللغتين واضغط حفظ ينحفظ المنتج ولكن المواصفات تحذف !!! ومهما كتبت وحفظت ترجع تنحذف

انا اخترت عداد المنتج لا في ضبط الاعدادات للمتجر ومع ذلك يظهر عندي عدد المشاهدات لكل منتج فصفحته مثل هذي الصور بالاسفل مرفقة

This is simply not enough information. What is your OpenCart version? How exactly did you create the banner? With what module? What happens if you temporarily switch to the default theme? Journal 2 has a known reputation for causing clashes with many 3rd party extensions because of its poor impleme...
