If not from the OC marketing contact page, then by building an /after event for the information page whether the information gets added or edited in order to notify the customers via email based on the current date and time the information has been submitted to reflect non-recurring or recurring or...

In order for that to work, the oc_information database table would need to contain a date field. At this time, there are no date field assigned to that database table. In my particular case it was in fact the config.php file that was causing this, in particular

I simply inserted the www. and it works like a charm. I did this for both config.php files, front end and back end.
