Re: www.patioheateronline.com

Thanks for the alert. I have been trying to identify the problem. I'm sure it has something to do with one of the fixes recommended by Mcafee.

Re: Frontend template/theme switcher?

I don't think anyone has released a module for this. I know JNeuhoff was working on something a while back: http://forum.opencart.com/viewtopic.php ... her#p20124

Re: $this->cart

I believe what you're looking for can be found in /system/library/cart.php.

Re: OpenCart v1.4.0

While I've been quiet lately, I have been watching this post completely run out its usefulness. I can't speak for Daniel, but I'm sure he appreciates everyone's enthusiasm for the next great release. But how about keeping a few things in mind: * He's doing this for free (in the hopes for donations)...

Re: www.patioheateronline.com

I think I used OC 1.3.2. Here were the changes I made: In /catalog/controller/module/cart.php index function: $this->data['button_cart'] = $this->language->get('button_cart'); $this->data['cart'] = $this->url->http('checkout/cart'); $this->data['button_checkout'] = $this->language->get('button_check...

Re: v1.3.5 Soon

Can you tell everyone is anxiously waiting for OC 1.3.5, what with all the other topics being discussed? I must admit I am anxious, too. And while the topic of CMS is still alive, my all-time fav is Website Baker. It has the best and most useful features out of the box - especially form building and...

Re: Force HTTPS on certain pages

I stumbled on this article today since I was looking for the same solution. My concern was that even though all the links within the code specify https, there's always that person who gets to the url using http. So to prevent that and force https, it's a simple .htaccess edit. Here's the article: ht...

Re: To reflect

Well, this is a fun post. You can sell your modules even at $ 1000, your problems are because nobody will buy. I haven't seen any modules THAT high, thank goodness. But I can tell you, not only have I written a lot of my own enhancements, but I have also bought other developer's modules. And thanks ...

Re: Can we have a "Core Hacks" forum category?

Typically I use the title with some more or less unofficial tags for my releases
True, that's one way to do it. But as OC matures and a better CONTRIB system is built in, it would still be nice to keep those separate from MODS.

Can we have a "Core Hacks" forum category?

I'd love to see a "Core Hacks" forum category for things that aren't full contributions, but just simple little enhancements that can be made to the core, in the hopes that they'll be included in the offical core in future versions. Some examples of hacks would be: - The logged in welcome ...

Re: www.patioheateronline.com

for your orders to goto the drop shipper directly, did you create a custom transfer process to send the data to them? Yes. The system looks at the products in each order, and for each vendor in the order, and email is sent listing their items in the order. Do they have some API that they support fo...
