Re: Imported Customers, but no SALT

Please don't try to market yourself here! If you have nothing to contribute, then don't respond. This is NOT a huge technical problem, I am sure.

Re: Imported Customers, but no SALT

The problem is that admin does not show the customers! They are in the database correctly, but no names show at all.

Does anybody have an idea why?

Imported Customers, but no SALT

I have successfully imported OC V 1.5.1.3 customers and address into OC 2.2. But there is no salt in the import and the admin sees 523 records but does not show any of them.

Any ideas on this? Do I have to generate a salt for every customer? If so, how do I do that?

Thank you!

Re: Extensions/modules not showing in admin

Mel, I guess you bailed on this issue, as you haven't responded to my latest mails to you. Thanks for your initial help. But now I have residual cache errors from the code you installed in your earlier attempts to help me: example: ---------- Date: 2014-08-18 17:03:20 ~ IP : 76.94.205.81 ---------- ...

Fixed the "Wait"problem

Now all that's left is our original missing modules/extensions problem...

Re: Extensions/modules not showing in admin

Fixed the serialize error, but the "Wait" hang is still a problem.

If you want to do a purchase test, authorie.net is in test modes and no actual charges will occur...

Re: Extensions/modules not showing in admin

Meant also to say that this will be a paying gig if you can help me figure things out, Site is working fine, except at the end of a purchase, we're hanging on a "wait" message when in fact the transaction went through. There is a serializing error notice at the moment: Notice: unserialize(...

Re: Extensions/modules not showing in admin

Also, fyi, every single listing under extensions is missing, not just modules...

modules, shipping, payments, product feeds, order totals

Makes me think it's some global setting or bug that crept in, wiping everything off admin extensions

Re: Extensions/modules not showing in admin

(1) You uploaded the missing Charity files;

There was only one file referenced - "/admin/language/module/" - are there more?
and
(2) you fixed the bug in the header.tpl file

Yes, believe that's cool now

Re: Extensions/modules not showing in admin

Hi and thanks so much for your reply! It's really the modules that are missing: see attached the files on the server under modules. They used to show up in admin and now it's empty "no results" CapturFiles_8.png 1) I have an extension table with 9 fields in it, see attached.. CapturFiles_1...
