I am having the same issue - sales set to "complete" - option in store settings set to allow download - customer order complete, nothing under "Downloads" Anybody found a solution to this issue?

Can someone out there please clarify this issue for me. If I add a trailing / to the end of my second store URL - everything disappears. Do I also have to set up layouts for each new store?
