thanks for quick response. I was able to set up a database for version 2 but just found out that I'm only running version 5.2 of PHP on my server and OC 2 install came back with "PHP5.3+ Required". I can upgrade to PHP5.4 via my cPanel... that shouldn't be an issue with my current 1.5.1.3 ...
