Yes I understand but I think it is because I cloned the database onto itself thats why I am getting that error.
I have been using 1.5.4 without any issues for over 4 months. That is the first time I have seen this error hence why I posted on here for some guidance.

Hi thanks for your reply, it was working before. I just found out that I have merged both sites databases together thats why this error is coming up.
